Will Trump's choice of Bannon bring the country together?

Trump has said he will bring the country together again. Do you think that his choice of Steve Bannon as his special adiser help to bring the country together?
 
Ha ha no!!

That is rubbing it in their faces... Good plan since they are still in denial stage anyway.. Maybe things like this will hasten their stages of grief..

They need to reach acceptance before we can make any progress with the bringing together..
 
The press and the Democratic party don't want the country together. The press would lose money without angst and strife between the people, and the Democrats need a boogie man to stir the party loyal's just as the GOP does as well.

A special advisor simply advises. If the mere existence of him being on staff is divisive to liberals then then that shows just how irrational they've become.
 
Actually Trump has said that Bannon is equal in statis to his head of staff. And Bannon is known to be against Jews, Blacks, and Immigrants, basically against everyone except WASPs. I think there are a lot of Dems, Repubs and Independents that don't see this choice as someone who can bring the country together.

You see Bannon as a made up boogie man? His hatred for all that is not white in this country has shown out of his blog for years. And I wouldn't say that the GOP is a party that is for unity. Aren't they the ones who told Obama that they were going to block everything he tried to do even before he was in office and promised he would be a one term president. Not exactly the party of unity are they?

Links, credible sources as to his anti antisemitism, racism? You folks are always conflating what our side says with the worst things you can think of. We say we are against illegal immigration you call us anti immigrant, we say we are against radical Islam and you say we are against all Muslims.

Please grow up and try a bit of intellectual honesty occasionally... honesty, like milk, it does a body good.

Show your work! Show us how you came to the conclusion you did, because while Breitbart is very conservative site, I've never seen anything anti Jew/black/immigrant come from it.

The problem with the New York Times is, they are part of the party of corruption's propaganda machine and therefore one must not believe a word they say. Their credibility is zero. The election proved that.

But the left is the left and they will stupidly buy into the same old slander and BS that got their silly a$$e$ thrown from office in local, state, and federal elections.
 
I could haave listed a dozen more sites. Your problem is that you don't read, watch or listen to any media that doens't agree with you. And as far as what happened to our elections is down to one decision by SCOTUS and the very wealthy iin this country. Citizens United gave the wealthy the right to buy elections and they have. Stats show that in 91% of elections the one who spends the most wins. And that is exactly why the GOP wins. They have gotten the wealthy to buy their elections for the GOP and the wealthy, well look at what is happening to the wealth of this nation. The top 2% now own over 90% of all the wealth of our nation, up from 80% in 2000. And stupids like you fall for all of the lies put out their by the wealthy ads during elections. And the GOP keeps the identities of those who put out those ads so as to protect the idenity if the wealthy. Maybe instead of just going on sites that agree with you, you should listen to both sides. But of course you won't.

Maybe it's just the constant racebaiting, quite comparable to living at an apartment near an airport. After a while your brain tunes out the extremely loud sound of planes overhead.

ADL says he's anti-Semitic, and backed up what they said. His anti-Semitism came up in his divorce, he didn't want his kids going to a school with a lot of Jews in it. Earlier this year he called Bill Kristal a "renegade Jew".

You are not seeing his bigotry because you don't want to see it.

It will have the opposite effect. That said, those about to assume power do not care spit about bring the Nation together, sadly some people ever learn.
 
The choice of Bannon has nothing to do with bringing the country together. It is just another example of a media opportunist cozying up with a politician. Bannon has finally landed the big fish, the president-elect. He is the same as Trump. Everything they both do is for personal gain. Nothing has really changed in Washington. New faces, same old story.

This has been a brilliant choice because it reinforces the bias of the media... that alone makes it brilliant.

And... obviously Trump trusts the guy... which speaks volumes.

The Goebells Inspired Media Propagandists (GIMPs) had the full omelette on their faces on election night, and now they're doubling down on their lies and deceit.

They're ****ing with the wrong guy... It's difficult to believe, but the GIMPs haven't learned their lesson yet.

Why is "renegade Jew" anti-semitic? Kristol is a Jew and his actions were those of a renegade. Sounds like an accurate description of how Kristol was acting at the time... Or is this a "You can't use that term, only we can use that term." situation???
