True to form, Trump immediately forgets all the nasty stuff he said and talks about Clinton like shes his best friend. Remember he said she was a nasty woman, she was going to be in jail, lock her up.

One call and 5 mins later, we owe her a debt of gratitude. I wonder if he will be giving her a job next.

Trump supporters DO owe her, she's LITERALLY the only candidate he could have ever defeated.

At this point, his best move would be to publicly not say anything bad about Hillary,
With a new Attorney General, and an unrestrained justice dept, they may find some fault with the Clinton's,
but Trump cannot be involved, or even appear to be.
Part of the corruption of Washington, was the Presidents minions in the IRS and Justice were applying the Justice system
unfairly to political opponents.
If the Clinton's have done something illegal, Let the Department of Justice present the evidence to a Grand Jury.
Our system works well, without outside influence.

Democrats and progressives alike monumentally **** the bed.

Honestly, I don't blame them. They have a problem, the same problem concervatives have (had?).

Question for you.

Did the typical democrat working stiff have any say on who made it onto the ballots during primaries? Did they have an awful lot of say on who won that primary?

In my opinion, the answer is a resounding NO.

Democrats were let down by their establishment.

I just dont see how someone can spew hate so much and then the next day act like she was a hero. The politicians for you, though. You can tell their lying when their lips move.

Trump fooled people into thinking he was an anti-establishment candidate. He was the billionaire Republican nominee for God's sake; nothing anti-establishment about him, and this proves it. 5 minutes as President-elect and he's praising Hillary—that's going to piss off a lot of Trumpeters.

They owe Hillary for putting the screws to Bernie Sanders. He would have defeated Trump soundly, but DNC party machinations prevented his candidacy. I was ashamed of him for turning his support to Hillary. He should have accepted the top spot on the Green ticket. He still wouldn't have won, but the Green Party would have drawn enough votes to become a pwereful third party that this Nation needs badly.

What Trump did was consistent with the historic value of that moment.

I guarantee you that when was saying "Secretary Hilton..." the bubble over his head was "you ****bitch".

If not him, it was me.

I concur.

I was listening to some commentary last night on a progressive show and someone said in reference to the leftist camp "everybody let down everybody else tonight". I couldn't agree with that more, as it's what I've been saying all along. I hold democrats and progressives equally responsible for this debacle.

Bernie or Bust? well, you busted all right.

Jesus... :doh

He's damned if he does and he's damned if he doesn't.

Can't you people give it a rest? You've been misunderstanding and underestimating him all along.

Now he's won, you can't stand the possibility he might, just might be capable of being Presidential.

To all of you lefties, commies, illegal scum lovers, and "we need a vagina in the WH" loons: eat ****.

It would have been if he hadnt spent a year personally insulting her.

Hell, less than 10 years ago he said she'd make a good president.

Deception is worse than ugliness.

Now you are scaring me.

I always knew that the American voters are stupid. I didn't know they could be so stupid to even consider a socialist loon who is oblivious to the simple fact that money has to be earned before it's spent.

You think he should have attacked her during his acceptance speech?

:doh

He made the right remarks last night, no matter his personal feelings on her or her campaign

It is time for the adults to stand up and take over.....that was a good first chance

Hillary destroyed Hillary. She was her own worst enemy. Her criminal activities was her undoing.

You're probably very correct.... the DNC ignored Bernie who had a legit grass roots following and they cut his legs out from under him in favor of Hollywood elites, Wall Street money, foreign influence and rotten corrupt politics as usual. The effects of Hillary's untrustworthy numbers will be studied for years to come and I'd guess that it repressed the voter turn out. We need a third party in this country to keep the other two from being unapologeticly corrupt.

Well, I do wonder if she will be facing a judge in a few weeks.

As I pointed out a while ago, Hillary's candidacy represented the successful defeat of the DNC anti-Establishment movement. Donald Trump's candidacy represented the successful RNC anti-establishment movement.

In an Election cycle that was legitimately focused on change that was a tough hill to climb for Hillary.

The greatest pleasure from this outcome comes from looking at the list of losers.

It feels sooo good.

He certainly would have defeated Sanders.

The Democrats ran one candidate, and demanded party members vote for that one candidate. It's remarkable they suggest at the same time they are the party of the people, when they aren't interested in allowing the people to pick their candidates.
