anything the holder says is pretty much garbage.

there is nothing he did wrong. He either opened the investigation or once it was out there more emails were out there they would be calling for his head on a platter.
he choose to abide by the law and re-open investigation when new information is found. They do that on a regular basis.

He's a politician. Is that too hard to believe? Comey laid out the case against Clinton and then failed to pursue the case. What other explanation would appeal to you.

With what little I know about the Hatch Act, it doesn't appear to me Comey broke any law. I also believe he is doing the work of his job, except for having failed to have kept his investigation out of the public, especially for the reasons he gave for not giving any opinion on the FBI's conclusion on the Russia's involvement in our electoral process. I thought he failed to have kept his act out of the public when he appeared before Congress to give all the gory details of the FBI's email investigation, and furthermore when he appeared this past September 28 before Congress and gave out more information that he did not necessarily have to do. Doing his job, yes. Making public appearance and giving such details as he has, and the untimely timing this last time, no.

I was being sarcastic in a way.

Yes there is evidence that the administration and he doj was pressuring the FBI to make this go away.

Yep he took a lot of heat for not recommending charges as he should have.
It was clear as day she broke the law as others have done less and been charged.

I will wait and see where this goes.

Partly concur. He's been trying to protect the FBI the whole time - but his job isn't to protect the FBI, but to enforce the damn law. Partisans on both sides are confusing "enforcing the law" with "benefits my side".
