The Common Trait That Binds Hillary Supporters: They Are Totalitarian Bullies

EVERY supporter of either candidate who has spoken out has gotten some of this treatment, it certainly isn't just on Hillary's side that we have seen such behavior. Trump supporters have been similar in some cases. We need to take care to avoid condemning just one side lest we seem merely partisan.

I'll have to side with Scott. I've seen it on this site as well. If you are a Hillary supporter the opposers argue facts and suggest support for their beliefs. If you are a trump supporter you are a bigot, a redneck, uneducated and evil. I don't know why those who disagree have to defend their positions with name calling. But the truth should come out. Those who seek to influence our election with this type of bullying should be ignored, arrested and simply stopped. I read today about three so- called soccer moms stealing trump signs in the middle of the night. FYI soccer moms, you are a disgrace. Teach your children to fight with honor. That's what a real parent does! You are basically a thug with your behavior and if you have children you should be ashamed!

I agree.

I believe the ball started rolling when President Obama came out of the gate claiming he was going to fundamentally change the United States. What did he expect the reaction would be, given the associations with people he tried to keep quiet?

You can tell a lot about someone by the company they keep. This was especially noticeable when with the multitude of visits to the White House by various race hustlers. I'm sure that this didn't go unnoticed by the radicals, and probably emboldened them to start their rioting in various cities.

So yes, I think it fair to say that Obama helped along the degradation of race relations in the US.

I agree that Republicans have been more reasonable on this site, but go outside that and you see plenty of ugliness from Trump supporters.

Progs have no choice but to be ugly. There are no subtle ways to make the claim that your political opponents are evil, and that's pretty much all they have to talk about.

IMO, Trump is by far the worst candidate for president I have seen in my lifetime. I am still stunned that the GOP would be so foolish to actually nominate him. It's not that I hate Trump. It's that he is absolutely the worst influence on civility yet to appear at that high of a position.

Words matter, and the words Trump chooses brings out the worst in people. I absolutely do not want that kind of person representing me or my country.

From the opposite view point, Hillary in my view is THE most corrupt candidate of all time. I've offered support, time and time again for my beliefs. The lies, the pay for play as SOS, the Benghazi event, the foundation that does really nothing for charity, the attitude that they can get away with ANYTHING and just the very fact that as a public leader she cares so little about the American people. She only cares about money and power. With that said, no one really says concrete reasons as to why trump would be the worst president of all time. You may not like him. He may be crass and dominating and strong minded. He may have strong beliefs about protecting our borders and by restricting illegals from coming in and staying in our country illegally, but name three true things he has done against the American people. The list for Hillary and the clintons is ongoing!
