She lied when she said she had handed over all emails. The list of her lies is so long it would be quicker to list
Where she told the truth.

Clinton innocent.

Cartwright guilty.

2. Lying to authorities in order to cover a crime:

Clinton innocent.
Petraeus guilty.
Cartwright guilty.


Attempting to equate Clinton with either aforementioned case is pure ignorance.

Unless you are saying that she is that mentally incompetent. If so then she is not mentally fit to serve as president.

Of course intent is the distinction. That is explicitly why the FBI did not find her guilty (or indictable) of a crime.

You need to learn this so you stop drawing flawed comparisons.

If we prosecuted people every time someone accidentally mishandled classified material, our courts would be overrun. The crime is to do so intentionally.

You don't need intent to violate this statute all you need is gross negligence which she very much was as shown by the evidence.
