Vote 3rd party.............

Considering what crap the loser human in the Oval Office does I think it's the BEST house of representative class ever and a sucky senate!

Well if you want it to run more efficiently I would suggest having a third party, make Congress unicameral, undo gerrymandering, and make the President the leader of which ever party holds the most seats in the unicameral legislature.

They can redeem themselves by impeaching and convicting Obama.

What can the people do to fix this?Worst Congress ever? | TheHill

That depends on the congress. I have seen congress work very well with different presidents in my life time and I have seen them very opposed to a couple of presidents. The congresses who worked well with the presidents were usually the one in which the president reach out to them first and then each branch treated the other with respect and were willing to give and take.

When demonetization occurs that does not lead to a conductive atmosphere for negotiation and cooperation between branches and even chambers of congress which has happened today. The most successful presidents in my lifetime were Eisenhower, JFK, LBJ, Reagan and Clinton. All worked with congress and none demonized the other party or congress, although President Clinton had ample reason to. None of the successful presidents said that everything had to be his way and no way.

IKE last six years of his presidency the Democrats controlled both chambers of congress, he turned to LBJ for help and IKE received it. JFK and LBJ, the Democrats controlled both chambers of congress, but they both had the southern democrats to worry about, they turned to Republican Everit Dirksen for help and received it. Reagan and Tip O'Neal are stuffs of legend.

What these presidents and the leaders in Congress never forgot is that they are all Americans before being Republicans and Democrats. That is something today's congressional leaders and perhaps the president have forgotten. At least in the my way or the highway attitude exhibited by one and all today.

Impeach Obama, LOL, dream on neo con:lamo, Obama approval rating at 44%, pathetic Gop congress at 13%, if even that..
Gee i wonder if those gop sewer rats will try to repeal the aca, for the 55th time...

The proverbial carrot on a string ...... Obama ...to the anger of his very own democratic base have reached over to republicans for 4 years ...only to be rejected every-time. What the right want with this argument is to make his presidency meaningless....the tail wagging the dog ....they want Obama to reach out and do everything they want.

This is what angered the democrats ...this .."reaching out"...was why democrats stayed home in 2010 and allowed the republican to sweep the house.
Even today Obama remains way behind in executive-orders when compared to Bush. We elected Obama to be very different from Bush .... that was the democratic mandate ...and Obama's low ratings today is not so much because of the economy...or foreign policy ...it because he failed to move the needle to the left!

everyone, including Obama, is doing the same "my way or the highway" dance

everyone in DC is complicit in the political environment we have...every single one of them.

I'm enjoying watching the Prez finally give up on those who refuse to give. With zeroes in D.C. to deal with, the Prez is at his best on the road in all 57 states and US territories. Give 'em hell Obama suits just fine. Americans hate suers/sewers and filibusters .

respond to me when you have something factual to say..

So when will it stop?

allow me to consult my crystal ball....;)

it will stop when it becomes beneficial to the involved parties to stop...but that won't be while Obama, Reid, and Boehner are calling the shots.

"my way or the highway" is not a good way to run a Senate, House, or White House.

Exactly right. I don't know if you seen this gallup poll, about confidence in all three branches of our government.

Americans Losing Confidence in All Branches of U.S. Gov't

The sad part of all of this, I see it only getting worse. If most Americans have lost all confidence in their government, trust if you will, can a rebellion be that far around the corner? The two political parties are oblivious to the trust and confidence issues. Both seem to think as long as one hates the other party more than they hate you, that translates into votes.

Most americans who are not into poltics could more the likely not name the speaker of the house let alone their on congress person, i see them as a waste of time, and they keep blaming the president for everything. Also im so amaze that no one seems to care that they have had a motto of NO since he took office. www.congress-summary.com - Laws Passed by the 113th Congress
