This is FDR's proposed second Bill of Rights that was filmed after he delivered his State of the Union Address via radio on January 11, 1944. Roosevelt's vision for America, along with his vice-president Henry Wallace, was in stark contrast to the war-machine created by the Wall Street oligarchs and mad generals who silently took over the US during WW2.

Why do you add your wild accusations instead of just talk about the video? Have a point about that.

Btw, what does Wallace have to do with any of this?

Since when did FDR, of all people, give a flying rat's ass about the Bill of Rights? This piece of **** locked up American citizens for no other reason than having Japanese heritage. He's a tyrant and I wouldn't help his crippled ass if he were hanging from a cliff.
