Craigslist Personal Adds illegal now

Four years ago I placed a personal add on
Craigslist looking for a wife.
Met a nice country Lady.
Who is my wife now.
Congress has passed a law forbidding
these adds from Craigslist and other internet sites.
Legislating Morality, from this ungodly administration lead by a pervert.

You're talking out your ass now. You just said Congress passed a law, what's that have to do with Trump? Not a ****ing thing. He only signed it, presumably. You know why they passed that law? It's called human trafficking.

He 'only' signed it??? He has veto power...

This was done to give a bit of red meat to his base. If you think this hinders human trafficking you are sadly mistaken. It just makes it a tad bit harder for the hypocrites in his base to find sex...

Still plenty of other places for prostitutes and human sex slaves to be marketed, whack-a-mole at best.... pandering to a hypocritical base at the worst... :peace

Legislating morality is the goal of Christian Sharia.

Just like with Democrats, "the road to Hell is paved with good intentions". Just more evidence there is no difference between the parties in methods, just different goals.

This week the U.S. Senate passed a bill to fight online sex trafficking, which could subject websites to more criminal and civil liability for the content that third parties publish on their platforms. As a result, Craigslist decided to remove its personal-ad section, posting the following statement: “Any tool or service can be misused. We can’t take such risk without jeopardizing all our other services, so we are regretfully taking craigslist personals offline. Hopefully we can bring them back some day. To the millions of spouses, partners, and couples who met through craigslist, we wish you every happiness!”

Sorry, sir, but you are forgetting the "Trump Code": If it's unpopular, then it's the fault of Congress and Trump "only signed it", but if it's popular, then all the credit goes to Fearless Leader! :)

Call your congress person if you are upset about finding a new wife.

Passed the House by recorded vote: 388 - 25 (Roll no. 91).

Passed Senate without amendment by Yea-Nay Vote. 97 - 2. Record Vote Number: 60.

Additional proof both parties are moving toward authoritarians and legislating morality.

Remember when guns were banned from being sold on Craigslist and Facebook?

That's true, but crimes were being committed.

Human trafficking is a big deal since it's basically slavery. Should we veto that?

LMAO, and his other favs, "I barely know the guy!" "I never met the guy!"

MOST, BEST, GENIUS, GREATEST..... ignore the man behind the curtain!!!!!! :peace

Pure deflection, limiting ONE website doesn't hinder human trafficking, didn't anyone learn anything from the war on drugs???? Prune back a limb and a dozen take it's place. The ROOT is where to attack, but that takes real effort, closing ONE SECTION of ONE WEBSITE is easy peasy.

NO REAL RESULTS WITHOUT REAL EFFORT... :peace

Craigslist was once great for finding randy sex players.

Now I almost never look at it.

I stopped when they banned selling guns. Besides, there are plenty of apps that do the same thing...except sell guns.

Unfortunately true. No doubt the suicide rate will increase dramatically.

Life in America has already gotten to be so dreary already though....so full of inferior people!

I never expected to have to live through this crap.

This bug out of China might get me though.

Almost over maybe.
