What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

Whole wheat penne pasta with vegetarian formaggi sauce, extra Parmesan cheese.
 
Wahl brisket burgers cooked on the barbie and a dram of scotch.
 
Vegetable Pasta with Olive Oil and Grilled Chicken
 
salad sub with ranch and American cheese
sun chips.
 
Sea scallops sauteed with garlic, onion, shallots, scallions, dill, parsley, bay leaves, etc. in light olive oil, served over whole wheat linguini.
 
i had two fish filet sandwiches. i have not had any meat since 2017, but i have also not been feeling well. i decided to at least try fish to see if minimal animal protein consumption helps.
 
Grilled burgers, baked sweet potatoes, and roasted brussels sprouts.
 
Home baked turkey with rice and gravy. I always eat the breast/white meat.

thanks, i appreciate it. probably just stress. i was considering having fish again anyway once the kiddo was old enough for some Red Lobster. i'm still planning to stay mostly vegetarian while working some pescotarian in intermittently.

Unfortunately, Red Lobster is what people, who aren't from New England, think of as seafood.

We went there once. I remember everything being very salty.

yep, you called it. i'm midwest, but i've had some of the better stuff on the east coast from time to time when i was a kid. we used to vacation and visit family there. good times.
 
Charcoal grilled boneless ribeye steaks and steamed cauliflower and broccoli on the side. Strawberry ice cream for dessert.

They closed off the main street in our village for outdoor dining. Had an eggplant parm, half for lunch and half for dinner. Local pizza place, very good.

Crispy chili rellenos smothered in green chili sauce and salsa and chips on the side. No contact deliver from a local restaurant.
 
The smell of roasting chicken is something else...

still trying to get my messed up stomach back in order. i will most likely return to vegetarianism at some point.

Perhaps more stress and worry than diet. I hope you feel better soon.
