What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

cheesy rice and broccoli
bean and cheese burrito with hot sauce.
 
Homemade shrimp salad sandwich on French baguette.
 
Barbecue quesadilla with vegetarian ham. Not too bad.
 
Lamb sirloins grilled on the charcoal barbeque, with oven roasted Brussels sprouts....Foster's beer.

Lox on bagel with thin sliced onion and cream cheese.
 
Chickpea pasta with pesto, basil was fresh from the garden.
 
Hubby and I had a stack of gift cards we needed to use. We have been ordering curbside service. The portions tend to be large and end up to be 2 meals out of one.
Here is where we have ordered the past 7 days....
Outback, the steak was cooked perfect, huge baked potato, a small loaf of bread and a very large salad with all the trimmings including bleu cheese crumbles.
O'Charley's ...Hubby ordered the steak, baked potato and salad. I got the pecan breaded chicken salad. Both ended up to be 2 meals.
Olive Garden, Hubby ordered chicken gnocchi soup, salad. I got the fettucine alfredo and a salad, again dinner one night and lunch the next day.
Tonight it is Cracker Barrel. He ordered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, corn, green beans. I ordered the Thursday night special the turkey dinner,

Life is good.
 
I made early dinner this evening......Chicken breasts breaded with Italian seasoning, steamed wild rice and mushrooms, baby carrots glazed in orange sauce.

Lady Bum selected an apricot wine she made last year, and the Bum chose a vintage 2020 Rolling Rock Beer....this was followed by a hand made dessert of Krispy Treats.;)
 
Crispy chili rellenos smothered in green chili sauce. Vanilla Swiss Almond, Butter Pecan, Cherry Vanilla and Dulce De Leche ice creams for dessert (little bit of each).

I made meatloaf burgers on the grill and made a lime-cilantro rice pilaf as a side dish.
 
Panang Shrimp Curry delivered, added our own sea scallops to it. Dulce De Leche ice cream for dessert.
 
Potato salad and hard boiled eggs.
 
BTO sandwich (bacon, tomato and onion) with mayo on Dave's Good Seed bread. Double Belgian Chocolate Chip ice cream for dessert.
 
Lots of tomatoes, some Mozzarella.
 
Butter beans over a buttered biscuit, silver queen corn, sliced tomatoes, Vidalia onions and Kirby cucumbers dressed with olive oil and vinegar, iced tea and lemon pond cake.

That's a lot of butter. I love butter beans with lots of pepper.
 
Well I taught my housekeeper to make vegetarian bean stew so I dont have to cook it, and she unveiled her masterpiece for dinner.

The only problem was she used peanuts instead of navy beans. :roll:

We ended up having tuna sandwiches for dinner. :doh
