What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

Oven grilled salmon fillet with Yukon Gold potatoes. Bought some salad fixins for tomorrow.
 
1/2 Caprese sandwich
Sprouted grain roll.
 
Salad made with organic baby spinach, sweet onions, orange bell peppers, broccoli, cucumbers, grape tomatoes. Homemade dressing with Kraft mayo, red wine vinegar, Italian seasonings, dry mustard, black pepper, chives and parsley.
 
Charcoal grilled boneless rib-eye steaks, with steamed broccoli. Foster's beer.
 
Cheese curds with ranch
Baked potato.
 
Spinach salad made with left over fixin's from 2 days ago, croissant for late evening snack.
 
Toasted green chili bagel with melted American cheese, Mrs. Grass noodle soup on the side.

Anyone making anything for the SuperBowl?
 
Tonight we had crispy chili rellenos smothered in green chili, tomato and lettuce on the side. Take out from a good Mexican restaurant.
 
Honey smoked salmon with Ritz crackers and Philadelphia cream cheese (1/3 less fat).
 
1/2 BBQ Chicken
Green beans
Coleslaw
 
Pad Thai with tofu.
 
Went to Aldi, got some Sriracha baked tofu and something called green curry rice noodle soup, added some finely sliced jalapenos and green onions. Not bad together
 
There were new food kiosks at the mall so took home some Swahili chicken biryani for dinner- fragrant basmati rice cooked in spices with chicken and potatoes, topped with fried onions. The sauce wasnt spicy, but did have a strong ginger component. Not bad.
 
i made my own personal veggie Alfredo pizza for the Super Bowl. My wife and kiddo had pepperoni pizza.
 
Salmon cakes with onion and bell pepper with French fried onion and potato crumbs instead of the usual sourdough breadcrumbs. A side of steamed green beans. Espresso for after.
 
Buffalo chicken with a really good Murry's Cheese (Kroger) mixed into a mac n cheese style pasta and sauce....pasta homemade.

Sam's Choice: double bacon cheeseburger, with seasoned curly fries.
 
Crustless pepperoni Lou Malnati's (sausage is the crust) and a Malnati salad.

As much as I love Lou's butter crust.......I ain't complaining....
