Grilled salmon, baked sweet potato w/butter, Italian green beans, side of applesauce. desert pending, if any.

when i was still eating meat, i had fish and chips several times in England. for some reason, it didn't seem as heavy as fried fish in the states. i wonder if they prepare it differently there. either way, the Gardein variety isn't bad.

mac and cheese

Eggplant Parmesan (frozen from Costco) with French bread.
