What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

Butterfly coconut shrimp (frozen from Costco).
 
Teriyaki chicken, sticky white rice, and asparagus sauteed in sesame oil with some cashews
 
The chow hall went all out tonight...…

Pizza night: pepperoni, Italian sausage, meatballs, and extra cheese.
 
Veggie flatbread
Sun chips
 
Grilled cheese sandwich: Fontina, Colby Jack and Cheddar Cheese on Wheat Berry bread
 
Pastrami with Danish Cream Havarti cheese with mayo, brown mustard, thin sliced onion on croissant rolls.
 
Veggie sub with mozzarella and garlic
Cheddar and sour cream chips.
 
Crab cakes and arugula with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
 
Spinach Salad:

Made with diced red, yellow & orange bell peppers, sliced olives, chopped boiled egg
and shaved Parmesan cheese, topped off with Balsamic Vinaigrette

I love spinach. My favorite spinach salad is with a ton of sliced strawberries, some toasted almond slivers, and a homemade vinaigrette. It's usually how I trick any child into eating spinach.
 
Something resembling casserole, a vibrant green clump, and hard wooden wedges which I was told were ranch fries.
 
i was on the road tonight. had an Impossible Whopper.
 
Grilled chicken breasts marinated in Puerto Rican marinade, bread stuffing, and canned corn. The first 2 were experiments for Thanksgiving.

2 slices of homemade olive & onion bread
 
local BBQ veggie pizza and breadsticks.
 
Frozen, Gino's East Spinach Pizza
 
Our huge, annual Friendsgiving feast: Turkey, vegetarian turkey, mac & cheese, brussel sprouts with cranberry sauce and pecans, green beans in balsamic vinegar with cashews, bread stuffing, rolls, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie, apple crumb pie, pumpkin slush cake, cheese and fruit plate, chips and salsa, coffee, beer, rosé, amazing wine, and bourbon. I can't eat again until real Thanksgiving.
 
Yellow eyed beans and onions with a big old glob of mayo in them.
 
Culver’s Cod Dinner. Double side of fries. and cheese curds.
