So many vegetarian dishes! I love it. I'm not a vegetarian, but I limit my meat consumption to a couple times per week.

Curious: Are there more vegetarians or pescatarians here? Are the authors of the meatless meals above meatless all the time or just some of the time?

I limit meat to about 3 ozs a day. I prefer fish and egg whites. Sometimes a whole egg mixed with egg whites.

Veggie Lo Mein, veggie egg roll, hot and sour soup

This community group was having a thank you rolling lunch thing for police/fire/EMS today. I showed up at the end and loaded up with with fish dinner takeouts. Nobody does a good fish fry like the black groups in our area. I still have some sweet potato pie to finish off. Too stuffed to eat it right now.
