Nice recovery. Looks great!I made baked shells. I had planned to make lasagna but after I started I discovered that I didn't have any sheets so I used the small shells that I had instead. I made a quick bolognese as the sauce. I hadn't made lasagna for a year but I watched a video last night and wanted to make it.

The video had an idea of not using pre-made sausage but starting with a piece of raw pork and add the sausage spices to the sauce tio make the Italian sausage in the sauce as it cooked. I wasn't sure how well it work work but I gave it a try. It works quite well. I had 1/3-1/2 pound of pork butt that I diced up, seared and then added to the sauce with the usual Italian sausage spices. I will be using that trick again.Nice
