What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

Didn't we just establish there is no such thing as mediocre pizza? Apparently there is.

We had planned on Thai curry chick peas over rice but changed our minds and had cheese ravioli with brown butter instead. Salad on the side.
Why do we say salad on the side? Who puts salad on top of a dish?

I love pizza and have only had one I didn't like. Little Caesars.
I can honestly say I've never tried it. There aren't many pies that I like, having been spoiled with some good ones in Europe. Where we live we don't have that food paradise some here enjoy, so we resort to frozen or home made. I have found some brick oven pies rather enjoyable, esp when Aldi's gets its groove on, but they are inconsistent in that regard. Kroger's private selection Buffalo Moz and arugula is enjoyable.

Little Caesars is the worst pizza in the history of pizza... Years ago I was at a birthday party, they had Little Ceasars pizza.. It was terrible... I took 2 bites, then tried to give the rest to their dog.. He didn't even want it... Lol

Norwegian salmon fillet with Old Bay, oven broiled. Sliced and seasoned gold potatoes fried in olive oil until browned outside and soft and tender inside. Fresh strawberries for dessert later.

No Pringles?
Nope, not today. I've had them a lot lately, since we have a kiddo who likes them, and you get a decent number of chips for 150 calories. The downside is that they do not transport well. You have to check the can by gently tilting it before purchase and then bag it carefully. If you take them in for lunch, you'll be lucky if the stack of 15 doesn't get crushed somehow.
