What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

Tonight was very easy. Fresh cheese ravioli from Aldi and red sauce that I made a few weeks ago that was frozen. I warned a few slices of sourdough.

Mrs Millers noodles are made about 10 miles away but I have never had them. I should try them.
I like them, they're more toothsome than the thinner noodles like the American Beauty brand. I do like the thin ones too, come in a smaller bag than 16oz so are handy sometimes. My dog got the leftover noodles today with a touch of light olive oil. He has an issue with swollen tonsils and elevated liver levels for some reason, giving him a deep cough. Vet said to add some carbs to his diet like mashed potatoes, he's also losing weight these past couple of months. Sorry, didn't want to go off topic, lol.

Ive ridden my bike (there is a rails to trails parking lot within walking distance) and driven by the building in Fredicksburg where they are made hundreds of times but I've never bought them. I should grab a bag the next time.

I usually buy Muellers or Inn Made.

We had a roasted chicken, baked sweet potatoes, cornbread stuffing, gravy, and cranberries.

I really sweated putting this meal together. :D

It started with a rotisserie chicken and at the tail end of baking the sweet potatoes I put it in the oven to heat through. I opened up a box of Stovetop cornbread stuffing that was done in 7 minutes. I opened up a jar of chicken gravy to heat through. And I opened a can of Ocean Spray cranberries. Leftovers will be tomorrow's dinner.
