We do pretty much the same...but the anticipation of waiting for the delivery to turn up is nice...just that they are not as good as they used to be.I like making pizzas, but don't like screwing around with dough which I never seem to get right. Fortunately our supermarket has thin crust white or whole wheat dough ready for the oven.
The secret I've found that makes a pizza really rich and tasty is to drizzle it with olive oil after it comes out of the oven. It's a little greasier, but is that a bad thing for a pizza? I don't do that with meat pizzas that have toppings like bacon or sausage as I find they are already pretty oily.
My missus uses this dough...
