What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

I like making pizzas, but don't like screwing around with dough which I never seem to get right. Fortunately our supermarket has thin crust white or whole wheat dough ready for the oven.

The secret I've found that makes a pizza really rich and tasty is to drizzle it with olive oil after it comes out of the oven. It's a little greasier, but is that a bad thing for a pizza? I don't do that with meat pizzas that have toppings like bacon or sausage as I find they are already pretty oily.
We do pretty much the same...but the anticipation of waiting for the delivery to turn up is nice...just that they are not as good as they used to be.

My missus uses this dough...

my ancient dog is approaching the cheeseburger phase of old, and she can't have onions, so i get mine that way, too.

Leftover cheesy sausages on hot dog buns, regular Ruffles and ambrosia salad.

I bbq'd chicken breasts with gourmet original Diana sauce, and also had mashed potatoes, asparagus, corn and biscuits.

I made chicken tacos tonight with thighs that I grilled on Saturday after the steaks and my burger was done.

I made pizza yesterday.

What makes this sauce so special and where can we get a sample?
It's just a good BBQ sauce, really popular around here. Lots of good flavours to choose from too. Don't know if it's in the States, I never heard about it until I got here.

ETA: I've seen copycat recipes on the web if you're really curious.

We make a decent BBQ sauce by simply mixing tomato ketchup, runny honey, soy sauce and hot sauce if required ...

lean cuisine Korean beef meal
side of mac and cheese.

Taco Tuesday, with fajita seasoning instead of taco seasoning. Kids noticed the change but didn't object.

Thanks, I'll look it up on amazon. They have stuff from all over.

Red lentil coconut curry with jambalaya rice and sliced avocado. My GF declared the stew is the most delicious thing she's ever eaten.

Our old oven jammed on so we bought a brand new cheap oven to last until we get a new kitchen ...one week later that oven has stopped working....so my plans for pizza were scrapped and I had a fry up ( hob still works)...took no pictures because I was pissed off lol.🤣😂😇

Add a 1 TBL of warmed molasses ( black treacle) and Worcestershire sauce. A 1Tb of yellow or brown mustard also helps.
