Delivered bud... they are great too..an English wife and her Turkish husband make the best fish n chips around here. That bit of cod is big...at least a foot long and cooked to perfection.
 
Bacon wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with cream cheese, mozza and cheddar, baked with halved tiny potatoes, with peas, and steamed asparagus, carrots and broccoli.
 
Chinese food delivered, ordered enough for two days. Basil shrimp, Curry shrimp, Szechuan pork, Lemongrass shrimp, egg rolls.

If you’re having bacon sarnies it would be rude not to have some brown sauce in it...HP is the traditional one but it’s made in The Netherlands now...Stokes is still British.

Easter dinner was meatloaf, stuffing, green beans, and blueberry bread for dessert.
 
Original Honey Smoked Salmon, with Philadelphia cream cheese (1/3 less fat) on Ritz crackers on the side. Glass of lowfat Blueberry kefir for 'dessert'.
 
Ham and cheesy scalloped potatoes. I made a small carrot cake for dessert.

I had brussels sprouts to roast, but I was too busy making the carrot cake and didnt get them in the oven in time. Maybe tomorrow.
