It was penne pasta with chopped, grilled chicken in alfredo sauce with a salad.
Tonight:
Steak was on sale, so if it thaws in the fridge by tonight, that with more salad and green beans. If it does not thaw, than it will be grilled smoked sausage with the same sides.

actually, this was lunch. we prepared and served it to 110 homeless guests
roast chicken with potatoes, onions and bell peppers, a fresh garden salad, fruit salad and a turkey breast sandwich. plus tea, dessert and bacon & potato soup

that doesn't sound so awful. i had a sweet potato because i was craving an idaho baked (a non-no).Yeah, I can have corn. Corn and lima beans, when consumed together, have almost everything the body needs to sustain itself.
