If you are a WW or have been before and have some really good recipes to share I would be really grateful. TIA

This is not exactly a weight watcher recipe, but it is a good alternative to sour cream dips at a party. This is very good with a veggie tray.

1 brick cream cheese
1 quart plain yogurt
1 package dry soup mix

Let cream cheese come to room temperature or soften in the microwave. Add the other ingredients and blend til smooth. You can serve as is or add drained spinach, grated cucumber, minced green onion, jalapeno or red pepper, jelly, parmesan cheese, just about anything.

Onion soup is traditional, but I prefer the garlic herb soup by Lipton or the Knorr veggie blend.

I also watch my weight - but I just eat less of my usual things - without any special recipes. :)
