Ingredients
8 x Tomato Number (medium size)
2 x large hangs and crushed
1 x Large spoon butter
1 x big hung sunflower oil
1 x Pinch salt
1 x Cup Quality cheese
1 x chopped onion
1 x Sprinkle spices
1 x milled black pepper spray

Just a guess: perhaps it's a term for some quantity or form of spinach?

I'm guessing that because the one ingredient I'd expect to see in recipe for tomatoes stuffed with spinach and that I don't see explicitly noted in the ingredient list (the absence of preparation instructions makes it hard to call the OP content a recipe) is spinach.
