It would be like eating ice cream with siracha or Kraft cheese with popsicles. Disgusting.

No, but neither do anchovies. Ive eaten real anchovies in Spain, and they are nothing like the salt bombs that come in cans.

BTW: Those are two different types of anchovies (both available in America), one is great on Pizza, the other I would not recommend.
 
I despise pineapple.....and anchovies.

But, what do I know? I like peanut butter on my raisin bran cereal, and think beer cheese soup is one of Gods perfect foods.

The only pizzas with anchovies Ive ever eaten was when they put in the canned stuff- and it tasted like salted fish guts with an extra helping of salt. Ive never heard of any pizza place putting in fresh anchovies as toppings- maybe some chef in his own fine dining place might do it but that would be an exception.

Had the real stuff in Italy, and it was amazing.
As for pineapple, to each their own. I don't care for it. The most important ingredient on a pizza is a good crust, good olive oil, good moz and the rest is not that important.
 
I routinely eat pizza topped with pineapple and mushrooms. Delicious!
 
It tastes good, so why concern myself with the opinion of others? Don't like it? Don't eat it.

Personally I love when some pizza snob looks down his nose at a Hawaiian pizza, more for me.

I don't know what that is, but if you're implying I have poor tastes because I disagree with your OP and that the appropriate response to a "change the station if you don't like the music" argument is to insult me on a debate forum, you have a much worse problem than poor tastes.

I think I would rather pour mustard on my ice cream than eat pineapple pizza. yuck.
 
Pineapple doesn't belong on pizza slices I must eat, but if others want to do that to their pizza, nihil obstat.
