took my wife to Noble Roman's, and we watched the start of the Super Bowl there. haven't had that brand of pizza since the 1990s. man, it was great. saved the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

man, it was exactly the same, if not better. and it was a stand alone restaurant, not half of a gas station or something like that. it was a bit like time travel. Noble Roman's was a special treat back when i was a teenager. had to drive about twenty miles to get to one back then.

I lived in Rockford Il with so many Italian family places doing their signature versions of the Chicago Thin, in my family we liked Sam's but only the one on Charles...the one run by that brother....Gerrys and Lenos....there was not lot of bandwidth for chain pizza you see........but this I liked.

What is this a religious holiday for you, the Superbowl, why are you eating like this today.....yes I know I am nosy and dont answer me if you dont wanna...

i get pizza every Super Bowl. it's the one game that i watch every year. not this year, though, because xfinity won't let me watch it at our new place. looks like it's time to cancel cable at our other house and be done with it. at least we got to see the beginning of it. i'll read about the outcome of the game tomorrow.
