Post 'em if you got'em.

Vanilla yogurt, peanut butter, frozen bananas, and a few chocolate chips.

The PoS Mango Smoothie:

Ripe mangoes, any kind of yogurt, ice, milk, honey, bananas = blender. Simple syrup is optional if you want it sweeter, but the honey does the trick for me.

I live in the tropics so mangoes are very sweet here (same with bananas) so no sugar is necessary.

EAsy,

Almond Milk
Blueberries
Strawberries
handful of spinach
Scoop of shakeology

Could add PB2 to get peanut butter flavor

WTF is shakeology?

The latest diet craze, that's 100 bucks for a 1 month supply. Wife did it, lost 4 pounds. Which is well over 10 dollars per pound, meaning, liposuction is cheaper.

I came up with my favorite by simply removing everything unnecessary (for me) from other recipes.

All amounts are 'to taste', I usually start with about 4/5th's of a quart before blending. Ends up about 35 ounces. That's a lot - but I like it.NOTE: You need a heavy duty blender to do this with frozen fruit.

Combine whey protein powder and cold water in the bottom of the blender. Just enough water to dissolve the powder.
Dissolve the powder.
Add frozen fruit.
I like frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries, about 4/1.

Blend until the fruit is all reduced to a texture you like.

No ice is required.

You can add whatever supplements or ingredients you like, but I like the taste of that simple blend and it's fast/easy.

Let the fruit thaw a bit for wimpy blenders.

ok, this is my wife's. she eats healthily. i don't; wouldn't eat this on a bet. so here goes:

1 Cup water
1 Tablespoon almond butter
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons flax seeds
1 handful of frozen spinach
1/2 Cup of frozen mixed berries
2 Tablespoons applesauce
1 heaping Tablespoon of sauerkraut
5 frozen strawberries
blended in a vitamix. she loves her vitamix. for some reason its better than a common blender for what she does. the one gift i got right. dumb luck on my part

i asked her for the above recipe for gag appeal. here is the one she says is wonderful - which causes me to ask why the hell she keeps eating the one above:

· 1 1/2 cups (360ml) freshly squeezed orange juice

· 1/2 cup (120ml) water, plus more as needed

· 1/2 medium avocado, pitted and peeled

· 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lime zest

· 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom

· 2 cups (320g) frozen mango

· 1/2 cup (62g) ice cubes

Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Add more water as needed to blend.

now, take out the avocado, lime zest, cardamom, mango, and water and i would drink that one

enjoy?

The stuff itself doesn't make you lose weight, its just full of vitamins, antioxidants, and other super food nutrition.

It's more like $130 bucks a month.

It's also got appetite suppressants. Natural, of course.
