This has been known for years among many nutritionists and health experts. Sugar raises inflammation and is quickly converted into body fat. Fat, on the other hand, is a superior energy source, is slower to digest, and produces no inflammation.
Are doctors finally going to give up the "low fat" diet advice and give people good advice that will keep them healthy?[/FONT]
