I can't give up meats because God gave me teeth and a smoker. The only sweets I would miss are cherry and apple pies and an occasional cupcake.

I will give up eating them at the same time. Except in cases, when the taste good together.

No contest! Gotta have meat!

The correct answer is neither.

Sweets.

I like sweets from time to time but without meat you may as well stick a fork in me 'cus I'll be done.

I gave up chocolate, soda, and fast food about 30 years ago. I don't smoke or drink alcohol.

I pass all my annual physicals with flying colors, and feel better for it today.

Everyone should make a serious effort to minimize sugar intake. You will feel better after 3-4 weeks.

I minimize it (I dont drink sodas), but I wont deny a nice piece of pie or a bowl of ice cream every now and then. Life's too short to inhibit one's self.

Yep. I ain't giving up neither. They rhyme. There's a reason for that. I don't know what it is, but there's a reason. My lab is trying to tell me, but all that comes out is "Milkbone". I think she's on to something.

I'd give up sweets. Already don't eat very much of them at all anyway.

That's easy. I gave up sweets after college.

I seldom frequent "fast food." when the memory of the last visit has worn off, a couple of days to a couple of weeks, I go back to the beast. I usually only get a sandwich, Whopper Jr is a favorite, every third trip or so, I will indulge in french fries. I never get a soda. Water or I take out and eat at home. I used to like Dr Pepper, but even that is too sweet any more. When I drank cola Coke was the preferred taste, Pepsi always too sweet. Now an occasional ginger ale or the like. I don't count calories, it's more about taste and after effects.
