Your major snack today, for people who eat meals if you dont mind and tyvm.

Canadian pickled herring in "wine" squeezed, with chopped capers good sour cream and El Gaucho Seasoning (Seattle area institution, a steak house though one of the top three Seattle event planners....Sons almost fiancee works in event planning),

Served with this crap new recipe of Ritz (No structural integrity at all, like these modern crap pie crusts...designed by idiots to melt in your mouth rather than do the job they were intended to do.).

my general go to is sourdough nibblers. i split a serving between mid morning and mid afternoon. about 120 cals.

Water.

I'm trying to loose some weight.

I had this stuff below. It's Korean, and called "fishcake".

It's part of those little appetizers called "banchan", that are served at the beginning and alongside the main dish with the kimchi during a Korean meal. I usually see it served at room temp in restaurants. I often eat it cold, straight from the Fridge.

I have no idea what it is exactly, but the local Korean markets sell it already prepared in the deli section for cheap - 4 or 5 bucks a pound. Like so much Korean stuff, it lasts all week in the Fridge. I like to have some around. It's awesome as a snack, a side with Aisian food, or a light meal!

My son is into Asian fish/shrimp crackers but I doubt they are really made from fish so Im weaning him away from it since snacks in general are not a good idea.

Beef jerky.

Salted shelled nuts.

Canadian Pickled Herring from Costco squeezed, tossed with dill aioli and a good sour cream (THE REAL STUFF GOT IT!) . on/with satines.

Many foods are purposely engineered to melt in your mouth. Fast food buns are a classic example. Same calories but go down sooo easy.

My snackmtoday was half an avocado.

My snack today was kimchi.

And now....my farts are positively lethal. Like, my eyes are watering.
