Not bad but I eat Cauliflower like candy. Will try the broccoli soon. They were in the frozen veggie section. They are coated with a light batter.

Do you fry them or bake them?

I love breaded & fried cauliflower, and get it from some of the local pizza joints. It's great with ranch dressing as a dip.

I was not aware it's available in the supermarket.

They sell breaded cauliflower here in one of the local supermarket chains. Whenever we fry, I have to grab a bag.

Heh.

I'm going to get an order for lunch from the pizzeria down the block! Seriously. This thread got me going!

I've got some serious food envy right about now.

I like them with cheese or ranch or maybe next time can mix the cheese and ranch together. I am debating on whether that sounds amazing or nasty. I guess I just have to try it to find out.

bake for 12 min. They would be much better if the coating was crisp. I am going to increase the bake time next.

I tried these last night and went about 20 minutes in the oven. That got them nice and crisp but didn't seem to do any damage. They're not bad!

Since I had Ranch they got dipped in Ranch but I figure they'd be equally good in a cheese sauce or marinara.
