Ugh: Pizza Addiction

So for the time being all medium sized 3 topping pan pizzas at Pizza Hut are just $2.99 where I am. Why did they have to do this? Now my addiction is going into overdrive! :doh

I know its terrible pizza ... some people don't even think its pizza. But its .... $2.99 for chrissakes! :shock:

wow it looks pretty awesome, however your arteries and health are worth more than $2.99

I like pizza but prefer the pizza to be as close to Italian style as possible or at least thin crusted

I could go for a piece or three of that one though

Yeah I prefer thin crust myself. But when I called them up they said the special price only applies to pan pizzas though.
 
Pizza is probably my favorite food, but I limit myself to only Friday nights, that's pizza night. Otherwise I will spiral out of control like a fatass junkie.

hm, always a catch eh? :mrgreen: you could always order a few and freeze them......it never tastes the same though as piping hot out of their oven with just the right melt and crisp on the bottom

OMG, love pizza! I'm not much of a fan for Pizza Hut, but if anyone comes to the New England area, Papa Ginos is a must. I like mine with extra cheese. It is so very similar to pizza from Italy.
 
So... Which three toppings?

Sausage, mushrooms, peppers?
Bacon, onion, jalapeno?

Pizza Hut Pan Pizza isn't so terrible. It's way better than that Shepherd's pie they call "Chicago-style."
 
It should be illegal for some nationwide pizza companies to call their pizzas deep dish when all they are is two inches of bread with toppings on top. Gino's East opened two places here in Houston in the past two years -one bellied up within a year. A few Texans commented they were given forks and could not understand why having never eaten a deep dish pies. I left Chicago in 1979 to work in Mississippi and talk about a pizza drought. There was one Pizza Inn. There was no Italian sausage to buy in any store anywhere. Biscuits and gravy and grits was about all they ate back then and don't even think about ordering Chinese!!

I do love pizza, but if I’m going for It I’m going all in with a deep dish. I have a Pizza Uno a few miles from my home or if I’m really craving a Chicago deep dish Gino’s east will fed-ex two uncooked pies next day in a refrigerated box. It’s ridiculously expensive $75.00 but I do have a weakness for Chicago deep dish.

The choices are Hawaiian (no way would I ever order that- you dont put pineapple on a pizza), 3 cheese, or pepperoni bacon and cheese- I naturally order the latter. :mrgreen:
 
"Smokified, certified" or whatever that is. Its a disgrace how the chains have made pizza **** putting anything in the driveway on a pie. As long as this trend continues I will support the death penalty and pizza terror.

pineapple is the most revolting thing on pizza ever. Can't even pick the crap off as it leaves a lingering taste.

Pineapple and ham/Canadian bacon is the most bland and boring pizza concoction ever devised.

Now, I once had a pepperoni & pineapple that was pretty decent. You get kind of a sweet and spicy vibe going.

Also, I just saw a ranch dressing commercial where they were drowning their pizza in ranch. Talk about revolting.

$2.99? At that price I wouldn't give af about the quality. That said, Pizza Hut isn't horrible. I've had plenty worse.
