As a Turkish food fan, this is especially interesting.
Apparently I missed this internet sensation, that is as much (or more) media as culinary.
WSJ has good 'living' sections.

Nusret Gokce was little known outside of Turkey until Instagram videos of him slicing and salting steak in his own unique way caught the eye of celebrities and went Viral.​
