Meatloaf was derided in the 90's but it's making a real comeback. Raley's has a great meatloaf recipe. It's not just a bunch of meat turned into a loaf. It's actually really well made. What I like to do is take some cream cheese and mix it in with mashed potatoes. But it's damn good and can stand on it's own just fine.

I don't know what the point of this thread is...

Being fat does not mean you are not a finicky eater. I am fat, and I have a whole list of foods I want nothing to do with, starting with anything containing beans.
