OK, I goofed up. Once back when i was working on yachts, one of the owner's wife's made he and I a really nice snack using a recipe off a box of Triscuits using fresh soft motzerella olive oil, and some other things that was completely fantastic.
I looked on the internet and found someting i thought was the same recipe but it was not it at all. It was bad.
So now i have two packages of fresh motz and have no idea what to do with them.
Is there a way to turn then into regular motz cheese?
Might someone have the old recipe somewhere?
or is it rat food now?
any help wil be greatly appreciated.
