More like a perky pick me up making me wish I could jump on my bike instead of jockeying behind a desk. Rolled oats are actually low in sugar, less than a gram per. Carbs are a different story, but not all carbs are bad. In fact, if you play your cards right, good carbs--those which are high in fiber--are very good.
