Millions of Asian restaurants and not one serves breakfast so what do they eat in the morning??

Dim sum too, and Fried dough, sort of like churros.

They eat Chinese food

Most asians in general I have met who were not americanized, whether china korea japan taiwan etc, usually ate a heavy rice based breakfast, and depending on their region they might have added eggs and vegetables, or just vegetables, or some kind of meat.

Breakfast for most the world is generally high in calories and starches, lunch the biggest meal of the day, and dinner being a small meal higher in protien, you can follow this pattern in nearly every country outside europe and north america.

this used to be true for us too.

Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper

That was actually due to what the human body needs, and the human body is quite good at telling us what we need. In the morning you need high calories for energy through the day, lunch in older cultures was even bigger than breakfast, to maintain those calories through the grueling workday. Dinner was mostly high protein like meats or cheeses, which makes sense since the body consumes alot of protein during rest for muscle regeneration and growth.

It varies from person to person. I can't eat in the morning, I just have tea and a couple of pieces of toast. That's all I can manage.

What about egg foo yung? That's basically an omelette.

Same here. I LOVE......LOVE breakfast food. Eggs over hard, pancakes with syrup, some ham or sausage...love it. With hash browns, or home fries. Heavin. But I can't eat so heavy first thing. I gotta be up and at it for at least a couple hours before eating something so heavy. So I eat those meals for lunch, and sometimes dinner, instead.

I can eat breakfast food any time of day, or night.
