I bought a pork blade roast by accident thinking it was a beef chuck roast. It was laying in pile of "50% off" meats so I grabbed it. I looked it up on how to cook it and after seasoning it, it turned out fantastic. I made a rub of equal parts of garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, celery salt, pepper and "Goya" brand Adobo All Purpose Seasoning and a little salt. I moistened the meat and rubbed in the seasoning mix and let it marinade for a few hours before cooking. I trimmed off some of the fat prior to cooking but would urge others to trim off as much as possible as the meat must be very fatty judging from the amount of fat in the pan after cooking. WOW! what flavor! It is supposed to be cooked at 350 for 30 minutes per pound but I left it in for an additional 25 minutes. I don't recommend pork on a steady basis but as good as this is it won't be the last time I make it. Lots of meat left over for pulled pork BBQ sandwiches or whatever.

sounds great
next time, cook it at 225 until the internal temperature reaches 145
and leave on the fat, it will melt away
if you can find this, i highly recommend it as an addition to your dry rub
