So the study looked at processed meat and red meat, neither of which I eat. I doubt the red meat consumption took into account grass fed vs. corn fed.

Of course you're going to have problems if you eat either of those with regularity, especially with the way beef cattle are raised in industrial agriculture.

Grass fed beef actually has omega fatty acids and less organic waste products.
