¡Muy bueno!

Today it was...

Steak, onion, and cheddar cheese quesadillas!

Blackeyed peas with chunks of ham and black pepper.

I'm weird, so sue me.
:(

two packets of Peaches & Cream instant oatmeal.

but then again, my day starts at about 2300 or so and I am up all night, then crawl back to bed about 10 or 11 for a nap. Then back down at 8 and up again at 11 or so.

With retirement, there is no such thing as a schedule. You sleep, eat, and do whatever, went you feel like it.

3 Hard-boiled eggs hit w/ Old Bay seasoning...

Onion bagel, lox, chive schmear, capers, onions...

Four quadruple vodkas and a piece of bacon.

Oh wait, no, that was Bonham (RIP).

I have no set breakfast. If I lift, it's usually something like an apple, a banana, a tomato, and a big protein shake. If I run, it's usually something more carb heavy to start - ramen with eggs beating in and thai chilis, etc.

Often enough I just eat leftovers. Today was leftover beef & lamb stew.
