From childhood eating candy to teen years eating everything to adulthood trying to rationalize what foods we eat, how many times have you decided/changed how you will eat and did you stick with it? As you age do you rethink how you eat?

At the end of college and the first major metabolism change was hitting, I cut out:

- Caloric beverages other than tomato juice, V8, milk, and anything with booze in it.

- Dessert/sweets

- Packaged food that only needs heating, and generally highly processed stuff.

And when I say "cut out" I mean it quite literally.

During childhood through highschool I ate pretty much just junk food.

In college was when I started eating less meat and became sort of a pesceterian.

My eating habits shifted again as I graduated and traveled more. That was when I started getting into spicy food.
