Only 1 in 5 millennials have tried a McDonald’s Big Mac

Didn't they use to put like meat juice or something non-vegetarian into the fries?

They used to fry them in beef tallow rather than canola oil, and they tasted much better when they did.

That's right, yeah. And they were far superior to the crap they have now.

Don't you own a dictionary?

in other words, you're incapable of formulating an answer. I was asking you what your definition of a moderate amount of meat consumption is.

A nutrition expert like you should know that already. I eat the right amount of meat.

so why is it so hard for you to convey that amount to the group?

It's horribly priced for the quantity and quality you get, so not surprised if it's true. The market is filled with better options either at a similar price point or reasonably close.

That said at least McD came up with one solid idea lately with the 2 for $5 menu (though didn't they take the Big Mac off that recently?).

I can get a whole lunch for 4.50 at the local chinese place, way cheaper and way healthier than mcdonalds

Moderate means different things to different people.

All individuals are different, and have different metabolisms.

If you really have a shred of knowledge about food intake and processing, you should know this.

You are just trying to start trouble here.

Exactly right. And I eat the right amount of meat to keep my body healthy. I discovered the amount by trial and error.

There you go - you can't beat common sense and honesty.

Others could learn from that, but won't.

You said this was a debate forum. now you're saying it isn't.

Prodding people for personal information over the internet is not debating.

Stop being a stalker.

so if someone says the right amount of meat in their diet for them personally is none, you'll respect that also.

Not if they constantly berate other folks here who disagree with them.

Not when they use heavily skewed, one sided sources to try and advance a personal cause and attack anyone who disagrees.

Not when they get nasty when challenged to substantiate their assertions.

Not when they act like childish jerks when reasonably challenged about a point or concept.

Not when they don't recognize that they reap what they sow.

Not when they try and destroy a sub-forum strictly to espouse their views and no others.
