Arnold Schwarzenegger: I?ve Given Up Meat For The Benefit Of Humanity ? Vegan Enthusiasts

Terminator star and former governor of California Arnold Schwarzenegger has urged members of the public to give up meat and take-up a plant-based diet “for the benefit of humanity”.
In partnership with James Cameron, Arnie is spreading the message, “less meat, less heat, more life”.

Trueactivist.com reports:

Recently, Arnold Schwarzenegger partnered with the Wild Conservation Society to raise awareness about the issue of poaching. In that video, he made it clear that poachers will pay for their crimes against humanity as killing African Elephants for their tusks is likely to result in their demise within the next decade.

His wife took him back, pretty sure he does what ever he is told to do these days.......

he can also afford his own personal vegan chef. lucky duck.

With $300 million he could build multiple factories to produce vegan products under the TERMINATOR national brand for his table if he wanted to.

don't be so hard on him, his trying to do better. that's what this forum is all about

It helps to not use pronouns till the noun is named.

What University are you from?

We blame who?

Well in all fairness he is nearly 70 years old in that last one. He would benefit from coupling a lot of high-intensity interval training in with his weight training at his age to get more cut again..... OK wait a second, no way in hell do I need to be giving Schwarznegger fitness tips.

Stallone is 70 and looks significantly better than Arnold does. Although Stallone doesn't eat all that much meat either I saw in an interview he only eats red meat once a week.

I don't believe him.

that's nice Arnie. Meanwhile in reality, the real issue 'Vegans' should be focusing on, but no one wants to talk about; population control. The problem isn't 'meat', the problem is the poor breeding like rabbits when they know full well the can't feed their kids. I'm not changing my diet to spinach and potatoes because Tyrone and Tanisha down the road can't figure out what a condom is.

I would imagine that both Arnold and Stallone are on HRT. In fact, with both of them having a long history of steroid usage, they probably have little natural testosterone production and thus would need to be on HRT. If Stallone is on 200 mg of Test Cyp a week while Arnold is on 120 mg of Test Cyp a week, then it would stand to reason that he would be preserving more muscle mass. I have no idea if that is the case or not, but I would imagine that testosterone dosage has more to do with it than differences in diet.

If vegans really want to do better then they need to start eating meat.

I don't know about this. Sounds like switching to an all-plant diet creates a risk of developing ***holism.

No foolin, we should be able to study meat eating societies vs veggie only societies and see if there is any correlations to be found. Meat is a very social thing, humans do better when we work together, we might actually find that veggie societies are sub-par when it comes to promoting civilization. Make no mistake about it, peoples who create advanced societies are better people.

Maybe meat eaters are better people, and maybe science can prove it.

Be off with you oh men and women of science.....

Find out for me would you please....

THANKS!

:thanks

that's what I'm talking about. a sensible diet.

nothing wrong with high quality meat once or twice per week.

that's a pretty big dose of test. Stallone I know takes or took HGH at least while he was training for movie role.

I had Arnold on the GPS for a while. Somewhere around the 300th "Look out!" for the road hazard warnings I decided Arnold had to go.

200 mg of test a week is the top end of TRT. Its nothing for a bodybuilder though. Some of them take a gram a week when doing a cycle.
