I whisk the eggs for 30+ seconds to add fluffiness, then cook over a low-medium not to over cook them and use butter and a little more than I should to add flavor. The key to me is never scrape the dried egg from the skillet. I only serve what falls out of the skillet.

The right touch of Heavy cream and green onions

Gordon Style. (English?)

Jamie Oliver, 3 ways.
English, French, and American.

30+ seconds? Jesus, are you trying to make a meringue or something? I just do enough to break the yolk and mix it up with the egg whites. I prefer sunny side up or over easy anyway.

Good god that is WAY to much effort for scrambled eggs

I add a drop of sesame oil while scrambling.

When I scramble eggs they never sit still in the skillet. I'm constantly scraping and turning and sometimes chopping the mass to "scramble" them.

Usually when I'm done there's nothing really stuck to the skillet anyway as everything's been incorporated into the scrambling process from the get go.

Lightly stir/mix three eggs with plastic fork and mix in 1 tbsp. of salsa in a paper bowl. Microwave on high for 1.5 minutes. Stir/fluff eggs again and top with grated cheese. Mirowave for another 12 to 15 seconds (to melt the cheese). Enjoy eating the eggs, toss the dishes and get to work. ;)

I just crack the egg in the skillet add salt and pepper, and cook it till it's done. (no liquid)
I then put on butter and cut the butter in with a fork.

3 eggs whipped, add some green pepper's, onion chopped fine. Put in a little bacon crumble.
Cook till done, then flip the omelet add your choice of cheese then close the omelet.
Let the cheese melt. Enjoy all of the delicious flavors

That is an omelet. We are talking scrambled eggs.

Scrambled does not equal omelette.
Omelette does not equal scrambled.

Scrambled does not equal omelet.
Omelet does not equal scrambled.

:duel

All eggs are created equal.

You know you can "scramble" an egg by just popping that sumbitch in the microwave.

Olive oil all over the bowl, put in three eggs, stir it up. I put 1/8th a cup of water in there and then microwave it for 2 1/2 minutes. Salt+Pepper optional. You people are savages.

Since I find under-cooked eggs disgusting, I don't scramble my eggs. I either do sunny side up or omelette style, always well-done.

whip em around the pan for a few seconds with a fork, then move them constantly until they're cooked. i butter the shet out of the pan too. yolo butter style.

What do you mean by under-cooked?
When I was younger the scrambled eggs in the videos I provided, though they are not, I would have call them under-cooked. You mean like that?

I don't make scrambled eggs. I'm more an omelette and an over-easy guy.

My son does. He adds a little whole milk or cream and whips them alot - he claims it makes them fluffier. Cooks in a non stick pan liberally coated with cooking spray and a little butter.

Scrambled eggs is how I used to judge whether to keep my girlfriends or not. If they couldn't cook great scrambled eggs I wasn't interested. Sarah, my partner does them great - simple, English style, seasoned with salt and pepper and LOTS of black pepper on after it's rolled onto toast.

By under-cooked I mean not well-done - a little mushy and runny.

Turn on #2 burner medium .
Place nonstick pan on it.
Place cut of butter in it
Place 2 eggs in coffee cup.
Stir with fork 7 seconds.
Wait till water dances in the pan or you start to get concerned about the state of the butter..
Pour egg into Pan.
Top with salt and pepper.
Stir 20 seconds.
Turn down to low.
Let be 20 seconds,
Scramble till delicious.
Get on plate fast.

That is brilliant.

Please tell me that there is some great story of how some Grandpa or somebody sat you down and taught you this.

A family secret maybe, passed down from generation to generation, the recipe for success, a pearl of wisdom for those few men who know what counts.
