McDonalds in Canada

Don't you just love the name and packaging of these cruelty eggs? Something like "Nature's Harmony" with an illustration of a rising sun over mountains and a field that's being tended by a farmer and some happy animals. Meanwhile, this is the brutal reality:

Exactly. The government is a partner in the crime. They knowingly enable animal cruelty.

McNuggets are from the chickens raised in conditions like the pic that you posted, but in some strange modified form. They are made from some kind of chicken products that are converted into a paste, battered, frozen and eventually deep fried, a lot of people know this and still eat them.

You sure about that? My aunt used to work in McD corporate and she told me that all overseas franchises have everything except the bread flown in from their US HQ to make sure that it conforms with their QC. Of course, there are foreign variations of special food items that can only be found in that specific country and that is usually sourced locally.

The French fries are made at a variety of plants across the world. Back in 2002 Macdonald's Japan was getting fries from McCain's Coaldale plant in southern Alberta. They had very high standards for the fries compared to the other countries and different fast food companies.

Given the size of Macdonald's and the quantity of food they need, I doubt it has just a single plant making its beef patties, chicken and other food items. I would expect it has 7 making fries in the US alone. Also the types of food it serves in different countries is not always the same. The menu is bigger in China then the US or Canada. Japans has quite a few unique items as well
