I worked for a lady once who for breakfast would saute her leftover spaghetti (no sauce) in a pond of real butter 'til some of the ends got a little brown and crispy. Oh my, that was good.

Eggo pancakes with light syrup.

made breakfast for the family. it was a scramble that i'm trying to perfect.

6 eggs
5 maple sausage links (sliced)
~1.5 tbs butter
shredded Mexican cheese
salt and pepper

Served it with toast and maple syrup. i'm still unable to get the eggs as fluffy as diner scrambled eggs. might watch a youtube video to find out what i'm missing. either way, it was really good, and was enough for two adults and a toddler.

Most every morning, one cup of expresso and one cup of coffee, black.

Rarely do I eat breakfast. When I do it is usually a big ass bowl of grits, with either bacon or sausage and cathead biscuits.

Coffee. So much coffee. Black, hot. That’s it. Unless it’s not and I feel like making something.

3 egg omelet with green peppers, onion, diced ham and a big helping of shredded cheese.

And a nice cup of Colombian coffee with a splash of french vanilla creamer.
