Crock Pot Recipes

I don't really use a crockpot. I do slow cook/braise, but rarely with a crockpot.
 
Maybe it's me but everything cooked in a crock pot seems to lose flavor.
 
I built me a sous vide controller for my crock pot.
Tried it a few times, it makes a good steak, but so far I am not able
to make a sirloin taste like a ribeye.

I think it's because people tend to WAY overcook with crockpots, and crockpots also have a tendency to unevenly cook things.
