Food/dish/drink that you know you shouldn't be eating but eat/binge on anyway due to lack of self control or just because you crave it so much:
A few of mine:
1. Garlic bread. I wouldn't suggest eating a whole loaf of garlic bread. I have done it a few times. Let's just say that is carb nightmare and will ruin your breathe for a few days.
2. Spinach dip in bread bowl - Luckily I have found a healthier alternative option in humus
3. Cheese - Some are healthier than others. My biggest weakness is mozzarella. Technically a Caprese salad is healthy, not so much when the ratio of mozzarella is much higher than basil and tomatoes.
4. I am not a big dessert person. Maybe croissants but I am not sure if that qualifies as a dessert. Cornbread with chile - maybe........
