Two cups water with chicken bullion.
2 teaspoons Asian rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons "Sweet and Spicy Sauce" by the makers of tobacco sauce -all others will not do here#
A few drops of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
2 teaspoons tomato paste
Dash of cayenne pepper and dash of white pepper
Do not add salt.
Simmer to blend.
# The Tobasco brand sweet and spicy sauce is unique and if you substitute a sweet and sour sauce you will be disappointed.

When your broth is heated for 10 minutes then you choose what to add is you want to make a soup out of it. Crab meat goes well and some cream corn and mushrooms canned with some chopped green onion makes a nice soup.
