I bought a small blender/chopper this weekend and love it. Chopped up come red cabbage, celery, carrots, cucumbers and leaf spinach and blended it in to a drink in about 40 seconds. Then this morning I mixed strawberries, peaches, a banana, cantaloupe, a big spoon of vanilla ice cream and a quarter cup of apple juice and that was my breakfast. It was sensational. So I chopped up a bunch of those goodies and put them in the fridge so tomorrow morning or tonight all I have to do is put them in the blender container and push the button. Super healthy with almost no work, cooking, etc. You just gotta do this! Healthy, delicious and all ages will love your concoctions as there a millions of things to do with these things.
