Ramen noodles over thin-sliced roast beef, mushrooms, onions + thai chilis

Made up another batch of my thermonuclear (aka + several carolina reapers and other painful chilis I grew this summer) ground beef w/ onions/green pepper/mushroom. Had a wrap (that + mayo, cheddar, lettuce).

Looks like enough for 2 more wraps, possibly 3 or 4 if I mix in some beans when I heat up the beef.

had an order of nachos with beans, rice, queso, pico de gallo, and a bit of guacamole.

Whole wheat pasta, black bean pasta, cheddar, thermonuclear ground beef. An extra chopped up 7 Pot Brain Strain chili.

snack bag of cheetos

veggie wrap with ranch

a few slices of deli roast beef wrapped around horseradish cheese slices with stone-ground dijon mustard

Was invited and had lunch at a friend's house on Christmas Eve. Roman style ossobuco (with tomato sauce), tangy mango and ranch salad, roast veggies, and banana fritters for dessert. Burp.

Eating Well mac and cheese with broccoli.

Its a mix of stuff.....The chow hall does a nice spread for Christmas.

But the shrimp is for the cat that lives behind my CHU. :)

He does a nice job of keeping the mice and other vermin out of the living quarters.

Salami, edam cheese, whole wheat crackers, olives, sliced tomatoes, simple salad, French herb cheese spread and an apple. This should keep me going till Christmas dinner time.

Decided to treat myself (excuse: I have a goddamned cold, which annoys me not because of the physical symptoms but because I feel like I lose 50 points of my IQ and my operating speed is about 25%-50% of the usual). A bunch of sushi, including

ngiri: salmon, tuna, yellowtail, striped bass, tuna, squid, octopus.

Sashimi: salmon

8 maki rolls of eel & avocado

And one of those whole grilled squid things they do. I love those.

May not be able to quite eat it all in one go, but then maybe I will. I can do some serious eating when it comes to sushi
