I have read about and seen plastic surgery horrors from places like Bolivia, Colombia, Brazil and even some that have traveled to Venezuela for plastic surgery. Death is a real possibility for women that get plastic surgery. Other times the result is disfiguring or merely disappointing. Having been around a substantial number of poor, but attractive women, some of them even being single mothers, one common thread among them is exercise. A good regimen mixed with the right exercises can result in stretch marks so inconsequential, that it takes effort to notice them. My wife in spite of being of post-wall age, has managed to defy the wall by working out two hours every day. Everything is tight and where it should be causing her to look ten years younger.
